Fast Invoice Maker

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

The short version

  • Free invoices are generated entirely in your browser. The invoice data never reaches our servers.
  • We store your email and, if you save one, your company profile. Payment card details go to Stripe, never to us.
  • We do not sell your data or run third-party advertising.

1. Who we are

Fast Invoice Maker (fastinvoicemaker.com) is operated by an individual proprietor based in Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we handle it, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

2. What we collect

  • No account (free use): nothing personal. Invoice drafts are kept in your browser's local storage on your device, and free PDFs are rendered in your browser. We never see your invoice contents.
  • Account: your email address and sign-in identity (via Google or email and password), managed by Firebase Authentication.
  • Company profile (optional): company name and address, default currency, terms text, logo and signature images, and your last invoice number, stored so we can prefill your next invoice.
  • Purchases: your subscription plan, status and billing period, or one-time unlock balance. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
  • Paid generation: when a paid user downloads a clean file, the invoice data is sent to our server, used in memory to render the document, and returned to you. It is not stored.

3. What we use it for

To provide the Service: signing you in, prefilling your saved details, knowing whether you have paid, generating your documents, and sending essential service emails (such as payment receipts, which come from Stripe). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Where it lives

  • Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage) hosts accounts, profiles and subscription records on Google Cloud infrastructure.
  • Stripe processes payments and stores billing details under its own privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics gives us aggregate usage statistics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) so we can improve the Service. It never sees your invoice contents.

These providers may process data outside Singapore; both maintain safeguards consistent with PDPA transfer requirements.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage for two things: keeping your invoice draft on your device and keeping you signed in (Firebase Authentication). Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure visits in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data to advertisers.

6. Retention and deletion

Account, profile and purchase records are kept while your account is active. To delete your account and its data, email us from the address on the account and we will remove it within 30 days, except for payment records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes. You can clear free-tier drafts anytime by clearing your browser's site data or using “Start over”.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask for access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent (which may mean closing your account). Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and note the change on the site.
