Terms of Service

Fast Invoice Maker (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is an online invoice generator available at fastinvoicemaker.com, operated by an individual proprietor based in Singapore. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service lets you create invoices by filling in a form or by uploading a spreadsheet, and download them as PDF or Word documents. The free tier produces PDF files with a visible watermark and does not require an account. Paid options remove the watermark and enable Word export.

You need an account (Google sign-in or email and password) to buy a subscription or one-time unlock and to save a company profile. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase.

• Subscriptions: weekly (USD 4), monthly (USD 10) and yearly (USD 90) plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• One-time unlock: USD 0.99 buys one watermark-free generation: a single invoice download (PDF or Word) or one bulk batch. Unlocks do not expire and do not renew.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and may change; changes apply from your next billing period, never retroactively.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. Except where required by law, payments already made (including one-time unlocks that have been used) are not refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.

Everything you enter into an invoice (company details, customer details, line items, logos, signatures) is your content and remains yours. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to use it. We claim no ownership over invoices you generate.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful invoices;
• infringe anyone's rights, including trademarks in logos;
• probe, overload, disrupt or circumvent the Service's security or payment controls, including the watermark;
• resell or provide the Service to others as your own.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with a pro-rata refund of any unused subscription period where the law requires it.

The Service is a document tool. It does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice, and generated invoices are not guaranteed to meet the invoicing, tax or e-invoicing requirements of any particular jurisdiction. Check your local requirements or consult a professional.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it fast and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the paid service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of active subscriptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 10 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change, and material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
